RETURNS POLICY

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products you bought within fourteen (14) days, from the date you receive them from the transport company, for any reason. In case the 14th day is Saturday or Sunday or national holiday then you can contact us the next business day.

Prerequisites for acceptance of return:

• Products must be in the original packaging. Product must not be opened or used.
• Products must be returned together with their sales receipt / invoice.
• In the event of non authorized returns Onskin retains the right to deny the return and all products will be resend to the address of the original order.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Prior to any return, please contact first in the following email address orders@onskin.gr

Then pack the product very good, ideally with the packaging sent, to avoid any damages in the new shipping. Products must at all times be returned in their original proper status as where delivered without being tested, or used. In the event the returned products are damaged, used or a product is missing then Onskin retains the right to return the value only of the products that meet the returns policy requirements.

For Returns that will be made with the cooperating courier company, the cost is 2,5€. The above mention amount will not be paid directly to the courier company, but it will be excluded from the final returns amount. If you select to use another method you must pay on your own directly the fee to return the goods.

REFUND

If the return meets the above (status, receipts, etc.) the procedures for issuing the credit coupon or refunding your money will proceed. Your refund will be made within 7 business days of receipt of your products.

The refund will be done to your PayPal account if it was made through PayPal or to a bank account you will provide us with in case your order was made with Cash on Delivery method. The Cash on Delivery fee cannot be refunded (2,5euro)
